Job Description

As a Senior HVAC Sales and Marketing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Searching for potential clients who can benefit from our products in a designated region
  • Travelling to visit clients and establish new and maintain existing relationships
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuading clients that our products or services will best satisfy their needs
  • Calculating client quotations and negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services and administering client accounts
  • Analyzing costs and sales, preparing reports for head office, and meeting regular sales targets
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data, coordinating sales projects, and supporting marketing efforts
  • Making technical presentations, demonstrating how products meet client needs, and providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and technical experts, solving client problems, and helping in the design of custom-made products
