Develop and Manage HORECA Sales Relationships
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Executive to develop and manage client relationships within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, a solid understanding of the HORECA industry, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continuous engagement to understand and fulfill their business needs.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features to drive interest and sales.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring all agreements are mutually beneficial.
- Collaborate internally with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve client issues, and offer post-sales support.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to company growth objectives.
- Prepare and submit sales reports regularly, detailing sales activities, client feedback, and insights into market trends for review by department heads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Benefits and Requirements:
- Fully qualified candidates should possess 5-8 years of experience in sales within the F&B industry in Oman.
- A proven track record in sales within the HORECA industry at Oman is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
- Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs is crucial.
- Selling beverages, smoothies, or related products is a plus.
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
