Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining clean and functional welding tools is crucial for this position, as is assisting in inventory management and shop cleanliness.

Requirements
  • We require a high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum educational requirement, with a preference for mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • A formal MIG welding training from an accredited institution or completion of a MIG welder apprenticeship is necessary for this role.
  • The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of commonly used MIG welding tools, techniques, and materials, as well as a solid willingness to follow all safety procedures.
  • Solid levels of physical stamina and strength are essential for this role, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
