Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement results-driven sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new business prospects and potential clients
• Motivate and lead the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
• Train and onboard new sales team members as needed
• Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior
