About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement effective strategies for improving student outcomes in mathematics.
  • To lead and manage the maths department, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of maths with other subjects and disciplines.
  • To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of maths teaching and learning, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.

Requirements

  • Degree in mathematics or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a mathematics teacher and leader.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
