Tailor with expertise in Albanian Garment Production

Note that this role is based in Albania, Europe. The ideal candidate should be a single female who can relocate to Europe.
We are specifically looking for a female tailor with experience in sewing machines, not just any machine operator.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Sewing Machines: Use machines to stitch fabrics according to patterns and designs.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Machine Maintenance: Clean and maintain sewing machines as needed to prevent downtime.
- Cutting and Preparing Materials: Cut fabric accurately and organize materials efficiently.
- Adjusting Settings: Modify machine settings such as stitch length and tension to achieve desired results.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve efficient production.
- Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the workplace.
- Packaging: Occasionally pack and label finished goods.
- 5 years of experience working as a tailor/sewing machine operator/sewer.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be an English speaker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Reliable self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
