Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in training and supervising engineering hosts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan and implement procedures, systems, and controls to optimize engineering department efficiency and productivity.
  • Compile monthly consumption reports on heat, light, and power usage, including electricity, gas, steam, and water.
  • Monitor host activity, productivity, utilization rates, and manage accordingly.
  • Advise Engineering Manager of downtime or delays in task completion.
  • Manage team day-to-day duties and job assignments.
  • Maintain working areas and ensure cleanliness at all times.
  • Use personal safety gear for personal safety while on duty.
  • Up-hold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
