Medical Dermatologist

We are searching for a Medical Dermatologist - Cosmetic Specialist to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical dermatology and cosmetic procedures, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and periodically review the medical standards and guidelines that govern the practice of nurse and other clinical staff in compliance with local law and regulations.
- Organize, attend, and participate in conferences, meetings and other activities in order to maintain and improve the quality of care provided in the clinic.
- Elicit and synthesize accurate and relevant information, incorporating the perspectives of patients.
- Must be a medical graduate from an accredited medical college or university with MD. Degree / Certification from US / UK / Australia is an advantage.
- Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology is an added advantage.
- Nationality: Any European/ Arab national.
- Spoken Arabic is an advantage but not must.
- Should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience post qualification.
- Must have strong experience of various aesthetic procedures such as injection of Fillers and Botox, Skin Booster, Hyaluronic Acid, Peels, Mesotherapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Microdermabrasion, Cryolipolysis, Laser & Plexr, Morpheus8, CO2 laser, tattoo removal laser, Clear and brilliant laser, etc.
- Have previous experience of setting up cosmetic dermatology clinic including services and operational procedures.
- Proactive after care approach towards the clients.
- Direct communications skills, pre & post procedures with the clients.
- Charismatic personality, patient-centered approach, and high level of professionalism.
- Should keep tab of all latest trends in beauty treatments.
- Should display professional approach with impeccable integrity, dependability and strong sense and desire to work in a trust-based and team driven environment.
- Must have proven written and verbal communication skills along with ability to be a proactive and contributory member of a highly professional and motivated management team.
