Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-line technical support to users.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Identifying and resolving IT-related problems and issues.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for IT procedures and policies.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Providing input on IT-related projects and initiatives.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • IT certification preferred (ITIL/CCNA).
Desirable Skills
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English).
  • Ability to communicate technical information to business and non-business users.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
  • Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Relationship management skills.
  • Ability to take timely actions and decisions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with staff and customers.
  • Willingness to work odd hours.
