About the Role:

  4. Effective management of campaign budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  5. Analyzing campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to enhance campaign strategies.
  7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support campaign execution.
  8. Leading and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in campaign management or a similar marketing role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a creative approach to storytelling.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
