Sushi Chef De Partie

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting, with a strong understanding of meat and fish cookery, proficient knife skills, and knowledge of the use of broiler equipment.

You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, as well as ensuring that all equipment and working areas are kept clean and in good working condition.

As a leader in the kitchen, you will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively in a team, and maintain excellent communication skills.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Ensure all equipment and working areas are kept clean and in good working condition
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results

Requirements:
