About the Role

As a skilled Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as artisan breads, rolls, croissants, muffins, doughs, and specialty items. You will ensure all baked products meet hotel quality and presentation standards.

This role requires strong baking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have the opportunity to develop and test new recipes in collaboration with the Pastry Chef or Executive Chef.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Preparing baked goods for guests
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bakery section
  • Assisting in developing and testing new recipes

You will work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive team.

Requirements
  • Diploma or certification in Bakery, Culinary Arts, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of bakery experience in a professional kitchen or hotel bakery environment
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques, fermentation, proofing, and ingredient functionality
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
  • Ability to work early mornings and maintain punctuality
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
