Delivering Excellence in MEP Service Packages

  • We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the delivery of complex MEP service packages, ensuring seamless management of programme, health and safety, quality, and commissioning.

This role demands experience in managing large-scale projects and a strong background in building services or engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Programme, Budget, Value Engineering, Schedules, and Trade Contracts
  • Procurement of Specialist Packages and Appointments Against Agreed Scope Demarcation and Budget
  • Liaison and Coordination with Key Project Stakeholders to Form Strong Working Relationships
  • Deployment of Project Strategic Plans in Conjunction with Operating Framework and Strategic Priorities
  • Supports Design Reviews on Information Provided by Consultants and Trade Specialists, Checking for Compliance, Coordination, and Completeness
  • Coordinates Delivery Strategies and Programmes for Project Phases, Ensuring Key Milestones, Interfaces, Dependencies, Logistics, and Work Sequencing Are Properly Considered
  • Implements Commissioning Strategies in Line with Mace Commissioning Standards Inclusive of IST Approach, ATP's, and Soft Landings
  • Undertakes Productivity Assessments Using Digital Technologies to Ensure the Project/Package Is on Schedule, Identifying Trends, Key Issues, and/or Critical Path
  • Supports Project Close Out, Ensuring Elements of Completion Are Delivered to a High Standard, Such as Commissioning, As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, and Client Training
  • Proactively Identifies Risk and Produces Mitigation Plans
  • Supports Review of Issues to Drive Continuous Improvement and Provides Lessons Learned Through the Knowledge Share Process
  • Manages a Team of Professional Roles, Driving Performance and Results, Whilst Delivering Performance Management, Technical Development, and Coaching
