Muscat | Promote a safe and healthy work environment by managing health, safety, and security risks.
The Service Holder is part of the H3SE team responsible for ensuring the management of health, safety, and security aspects of the Project. Key objectives include:
- Collaborate with contractors, partners, and relevant authorities to identify and mitigate key health, safety, and security risks.
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and security management systems to minimize risks to as low as reasonably practicable level.
- Liaise with contractors to establish documented health, safety, and security management systems with clear objectives, targets, and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of Company-wide health, safety, and security policies and procedures aligned with Marsa LNG project requirements.
- Evaluate emergency response plans, including medevac and security protocols, to ensure alignment with Company's emergency response plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the Marsa LNG project on schedule and meet health, safety, and security targets.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and monitoring health, safety, and security management systems.
- Proven ability to coordinate and execute health, safety, and security audits and inspections.
- Hands-on experience in promoting a safety culture and collaborating with contractors.
- Well-versed in setting up health, safety, and security training requirements for various functions within a project.
- Ability to coordinate emergency responses and exercises.
