Job Title: Tank Construction Supervisor
As a seasoned professional in the Oil & Gas sector, we seek an experienced Tank Construction Supervisor to lead our construction management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and executing large-scale EPC projects with a focus on tank construction.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of construction professionals to ensure timely project delivery, quality control, and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement effective construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee all aspects of construction activities, including budgeting, cost control, and monitoring progress against established milestones.
- Maintain and improve existing relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with engineering and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 10 years in Oil & Gas EPC projects focusing on tank construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, schedules, and resources in high-pressure environments.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
