Treasury Management Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for managing our debt portfolio and developing strategies to optimize cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate financing proposals and negotiate contracts to secure funding for various projects.
  • Manage the end-to-end financing process, including sourcing and evaluating proposals from lenders and liquidity pools.
  • Analyze and optimize the debt maturity profile to minimize risk and maximize returns.
  • Develop and implement a debt strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Evaluate refinancing opportunities to reduce interest costs and improve financial flexibility.

Risk Management:

  • Assess and mitigate interest rate and currency exchange risks associated with our debt portfolio.
  • Implement hedging strategies to protect against market volatility.
  • Monitor market conditions and economic indicators to assess their impact on our debt portfolio.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Prepare periodic treasury reports for management and board reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all debt-related covenants and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit required financial reports to stakeholders.

Treasury Systems and Control:

  • Develop and maintain robust control environments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Administer treasury systems and develop related processes, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
