About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Service Expert to join our luxury spa team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa services, including facials and skin care treatments, to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality spa services, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Promote spa products and services, highlighting their benefits and features to guests.
  • Collaborate with the health and wellness team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond to diverse guest needs.
  • Expertise in Cosmetology, including Facials and Skin Care, with certification preferred.
  • Sales skills related to spa products and services, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
