Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team, providing strategic direction and guidance on project and programme management.
  • Develop and implement effective project and programme governance structures to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and programme managers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the PMO team, encouraging experimentation and learning from successes and failures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress, milestones, and variances, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
