Distributed Systems Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distributed Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the data platform team, you will play a critical role in developing and automating infrastructure features for Big Data platforms.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development using Python, distributed systems, and experience with Kafka and Spark. They will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a distributed team.
- Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Work closely with upstream communities to debug issues and provide support
- Develop high-quality, idiomatic Python code to create new features

Requirements
