Our ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in hospitality or food science being a plus. They should also have at least 3-5 years of barista experience, preferably in a leadership role, demonstrating their ability to manage a team effectively.

A certification in specialty coffee or barista skills from a recognized institution would be highly valued, as would experience working in a high-volume café environment where they can thrive under pressure while maintaining superior quality and customer service.
