Job Description:

As a Waiter, you are the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional service to every guest. Your role is multifaceted, requiring attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a warm personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with hotel grooming standards.
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities and services in a friendly, tactful, and professional manner.
• Attend all training organized by the HR department or your department to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Keep your supervisor informed of all matters that may affect your work, the hotel's service, or reputation.

Special Tasks:

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain the par stock of linen, conduct monthly inventory, and ensure the discard sheet is properly maintained.

If new linen items are needed for special occasions, please coordinate with laundry to ensure timely delivery. During winter season, arrange blankets for guests and maintain inventory accordingly.

General Responsibilities:

As a Waiter, you are expected to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, provide clear and concise information, and maintain a flexible attitude towards changes in job responsibilities, work area, and roster.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and well-maintenance of your environment, including linen and CCG. Be reliable and punctual, arriving at work on time and carrying out instructions given by your supervisor in a professional and efficient manner.

Record and share any guest preferences, likes, and dislikes to enhance their dining experience.
