Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of industrial projects. This includes developing task work plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as overseeing the preparation of client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To plan, design, execute, and deliver high-quality industrial projects on time and within budget
  2. To develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the management team
  3. To oversee the preparation of all related client deliverables, including project reports, progress updates, and final project handovers
  4. To ensure that projects are executed in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  5. To provide expert technical guidance and mentoring to design staff on projects

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent technical knowledge and expertise in construction and engineering.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can take ownership of projects from inception to completion, and deliver results-driven solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction and engineering industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in Arabic desirable
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals
  • Excellent technical knowledge and expertise in construction and engineering, including AutoCAD, Ms Projects, Primavera, and 3D drawings
