Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
  • Coordinate resources across departments and manage external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate risks and address issues.
  • Lead and supervise technical evaluations through RFQ and RFP bidding and evaluate up to PO.
  • Lead and supervise the design team from scratch to final approved drawings.

Risk and Quality Management:

  • Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into future projects.

Stakeholder and Communication Management:

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across project teams and with external partners.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key decisions.

Financial and Resource Management:

  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Process Innovation, Automation & Digitalization:

  • Drive continuous process improvement through innovative, automated, and digital solutions.

Business Control & Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to the bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all operational activities.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.

Experience and Certifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
