Key Responsibilities

The Senior Reliability Engineer will be responsible for:

Preventative Maintenance Strategy Development
  • Designing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to maintenance procedures and protocols.
Reliability Analysis and Improvement
  • Conducting reliability analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing corrective actions to address identified issues.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
  • Leading and motivating a small team of technicians and engineers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
