About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, computer science, or business administration, with at least 5 years of experience in relevant fields.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct analysis of existing business processes adopted by clients
  2. Create detailed documentation of As-Is business processes
  3. Design and document To-Be business processes
  4. Develop SLA and KPI for To-Be business processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Benefits:
