Engineering Leadership Opportunity
">We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for building high-performing teams and delivering secure identity and access management solutions.
">This is an exciting opportunity for a software engineering manager with a passion for distributed systems operations to help us transform the future of identity management. Experience in the IAM field is desirable but not required.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage a high-performance engineering team focused on IAM solutions
- Design and implement complex, distributed systems
- Work with upstream open source projects and internal teams to deliver high-quality software
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of software and infrastructure security and performance
- Collaborate with product management to define technical vision and roadmap
- Requirements:
Candidate Profile:
">- Proven experience hiring and leading a high-performance software engineering team
- Experience with Go and Python software development
- Ability to design and implement complex, distributed systems
- Experience working with container technology and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of software/infrastructure security and performance
- Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
