Job Title: Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contract Manager to oversee the administration of contracts, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and manage relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a challenging role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring all parties meet their obligations.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and review contracts, including amendments and variations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
