The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar area.

Responsibilities:
  1. To understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
  2. To support all learning and development activities.
  3. To safeguard stored information and not divulge or transfer personal data or confidential information without appropriate authority.
  4. To avoid unreasonable or inappropriate use of the hotel's network, computers, or internet access.
  5. To follow the production sequence of all beverage products and bar sequence of service.
  6. To achieve service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care.
  7. To provide services for guests such as order taking and promoting restaurant offerings.
  8. To recommend and prepare wine and creative cocktail choices for guests.
  9. To coordinate the service of food and beverage efficiently and accurately.
  10. To report and follow up on maintenance defaults affecting service delivery.
  11. To respond proactively to guest queries with effective communication.
  12. To perform all duties related to restaurant opening/closing checklists.
