Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achievement in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
