Finance Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our team. As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our country's finance strategy. This includes maintaining short and long-term financial health, partnering with the management team to achieve business goals, and advising them on financial matters.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 10 years of experience in finance. You should have strong analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a proven track record of success in leading finance teams.

About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Crafting comprehensive strategies and leading as line and budget manager for the finance function.
  • Contribution to the definition of the finance strategy for the country, including all financial management services, planning, analysis, reporting, and budgets.
  • Leading, planning, organizing, and delivering finance initiatives, services, and processes related to two or more of the finance job families.
  • Providing guidance and consulting on financial matters to senior business teams, drawing on specialist colleagues as needed.
