Job Title: NPORS / RTITB Lifting Trainer

Are you an experienced trainer with a passion for lifting operations? Do you have a strong background in developing and delivering training curriculum, assessing trainees, and maintaining records?

Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat, Oman. As an NPORS/RTITB Lifting Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting lifting training sessions in compliance with NPORS and RTITB standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training curriculum for lifting operations.
  • Assess trainees to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards for lifting operations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to trainees to improve their lifting techniques and safety awareness.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in developing and delivering training curriculum for lifting operations.
  • Certifications from NPORS and RTITB.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards for lifting operations.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and Arabic.
  • Open Nationality.
  • Ready to join in short notice.
  • Prior experience in the training industry is an advantage.
