Job Summary

This role is responsible for promoting a positive health and safety culture within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • To develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate risks and hazards, reducing the likelihood of incidents and accidents.
  • To work closely with employees at all levels to promote awareness and understanding of OHS policies and procedures.
  • To conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as engineering or environmental science, along with a recognized certification in OHS. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required, with a proven track record of achieving results through proactive risk management.
