As a leader in educational assessment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic experience of our students. The Cambridge Academic and Assessment Coordinator reports to the Principal and is responsible for leading all aspects of Cambridge assessments and data analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will serve as the school's Cambridge Exams Officer, overseeing internal and external exams, including Term Exams, Progression Tests, Checkpoints, CEM, IGCSE, A/AS Levels, and Mock Exams.
  • Lead the team in assessment data analysis and reporting requirements, providing valuable insights to inform teaching practices.
  • Promote understanding of the Cambridge Curriculum and assessments among teachers and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
  • A Teaching Credential/License is essential for this role.
Beyond the Basics:
  • A Bachelor or Master's Degree in Education is required.
  • A valid Teaching License is necessary.
  • Native English speakers or those with a minimum IELTS Academic score of 7.0 are preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years full-time teaching experience is expected.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of educational assessment, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
