About the Role

This position requires a skilled and dedicated educator to join our vibrant community of learners, teaching across key stages with a focus on Years 1 to 2. As a member of our school team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Lesson Planning: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, incorporating phonics and other essential skills.
  • Classroom Management: Establish a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and fosters positive relationships among students.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Develop and utilize effective assessment techniques to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback that supports their growth and development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive curriculum, contributing to the overall success of our school community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualifications: A degree-level qualification in the appropriate subject area, ideally with a B.Ed or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience: At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in the UK or internationally, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of and experience in the successful delivery of phonics, effective differentiation and assessment techniques, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
