Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical specifications and designs of structures, poles, cross arms, and foundations.

  • Familiarity with Overhead Lines (OHL) is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Development of Technical Specifications: Develop technical specifications and designs of structures, poles, cross arms, and foundations, including static calculations according to production possibilities.
  2. Collaboration with Leadership Team: Collaborate with the leadership team on project assessment, cost estimation, and align work with the organization's strategic vision, core values, and leadership competencies.
  3. Communication Links: Establish communication links between the factory and suppliers regarding technical aspects.
  4. Preparation of Technical Documents: Support the sales department in preparing technical documents, presentations, and tenders.
  5. Effective Project Management: Manage technical projects effectively.
  6. Research and Development: Engage in research and development related to factory products and technologies, and update on investment projects and new innovations.
  7. Cost Preparation: Analyze costs and prepare necessary documentation for management.
  8. Documentation and Archiving: Document and archive technical documents, including designs, drawings, and static calculations.
  9. Customer Assistance: Assist customers by providing prompt technical suggestions.
  10. Managerial Assignments: Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
