The Port of Salalah is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our users, ensuring that they have access to the technology they need to perform their jobs effectively.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of helpdesk activity
- Develop and implement process improvements
