Mixology Expert

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic Food and Beverage team at Mandarin Oriental Muscat. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to meet the high standards of our establishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with colleagues and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a 5-star hotel environment, preferably in a bartending or hospitality role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor even in challenging situations.
• Possession of a valid liquor license, where applicable.
