Landscaping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Specialist to join our team at Abroad Work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying various outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and landscapes. Key duties include planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants; watering as needed to ensure proper growth; pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health; fertilizing soil to promote plant growth; mowing lawns and trimming edges; maintaining garden equipment and tools; identifying and treating plant diseases or pests; and keeping the garden clean and free of debris.

• Plant Care: Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants
• Watering: Water plants as needed to ensure proper growth
• Pruning: Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
• Fertilization: Fertilize soil to promote plant growth
• Maintenance: Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain garden equipment and tools
• Disease Control: Identify and treat plant diseases or pests
• Cleanliness: Keep the garden clean and free of debris

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a gardener or similar role
• Knowledge: Knowledge of different types of plants and their care needs
• Skill: Ability to use gardening tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, pruners, etc.
• Fitness: Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary
• Attitude: Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Time Management: Excellent time management skills

• Salary: $1800 per month with potential for increase based on performance
