A leading Multi-National Business is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage their HR Department out of Muscat - Oman.

This role will report into the Country Manager and have a team of 5 HR professionals. The position will work closely with Regional Managers and departments to align HR policies and procedures across the Middle East.

  4. Employee Relations
  5. Manpower planning
  6. Training & Development

This position is open to Omani Nationals ONLY.

Minimum Requirements:

  • HR Generalist background
  • Minimum 8 years in HR
  • Strategic and Operational background
  • Candidates must be willing to be hands-on
  • HR Business Partner experience would be beneficial

Salary: 3,000 - 3,500 OR

Job Description: The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including change management, policy development, and employee relations. This includes fostering strong working relationships with regional managers and various departments to align HR strategies across the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a minimum of 8 years in the field
  • Strategic and operational skills with the ability to think critically and develop solutions
  • A willingness to be hands-on and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business partner experience would be highly advantageous

Benefits:
