The Job:
We are seeking a Dining Ambassador to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile on their face, having experienced outstanding service and hospitality. Your duties will include warmly welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, and providing menus. You will also offer menu recommendations, answer questions, and assist with dietary restrictions. Additionally, you will accurately take and enter food & beverage orders into the POS system, serve food and drinks professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and provide menus.

• Monitor guests' needs, handle special requests, and resolve any concerns.

• Process payments efficiently and handle transactions.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff for order accuracy.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or an upscale restaurant.
2. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
4. Knowledge of food service, with a focus on dietary allergies and restrictions.
5. Ability to upsell menu items effectively.
6. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
