
Sales and Business Development Manager

A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales Supervisor for their team in Oman.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Supervisor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical/ Medical field and a minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector in the Gulf region. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Oman.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. They will also build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
In this role, you will participate in setting realistic forecasts, develop plans and resources to ensure achievement. You will also identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
