Global Fleet Management Systems & Technologies is seeking an experienced On-site Road Safety Trainer to lead training sessions for drivers on our Virtual Reality (VR) / Simulator Road Safety training solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, monitoring driver behavior and performance, supporting safety initiatives, and generating analytical reports to inform operator road safety strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to ensure compliance with Oman traffic laws and OPAL road safety standards.
  2. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and monitor driver performance through various implemented systems.
  3. Provide timely feedback and actionable recommendations to improve driver safety.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective road safety strategies and promote a safety-first culture within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience as a Lecturer.
  • Proven experience in behavioral-based training, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with Oman traffic laws and OPAL road safety standards is essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are required.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
