About the Position

  • We are seeking an experienced Audit & Assurance Manager to join our team, someone who can lead audits, manage teams, and develop leadership capabilities to drive success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • They will also possess a deep understanding of audit procedures, regulations, and industry trends, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage audit engagements, lead teams, and develop plans to ensure timely completion of audits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve audit quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and train staff, provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their full potential.

Requirements

  • A minimum 6+ years of experience in public accounting, auditing, audit management, budget, business plan, business strategy, preferably with Big 4 audit firms.
  • Degree in accounting or related field, extensive knowledge of best practice reporting and international financial reporting standards.
  • International accounting qualification is required: CA, ACCA, or CPA, fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
  • Preference will be given only to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English).
