Supply Chain Planner Lead

This Supply Chain Planner Lead position is responsible for leading plant or area level inventory planning meetings, setting and maintaining material requirements planning (MRP) data, running analytics to optimize inventory levels, and developing inventory strategies for multiple product service lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory planning and analysis, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead inventory planning meetings to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain MRP data and run analytics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop inventory strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize orders, monitor lead times, and resolve issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of inventory planning and analysis. A minimum of a two-year degree is required, with a four-year undergraduate degree in supply chain, engineering/applied math, finance/accounting, or business preferred. You will also require a minimum of four years' related experience in a warehouse or operations environment, or a combination of a four-year degree plus 2 years of work experience.
Preferred Skills:- Strong computer skills and analytical abilities.
