About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager.

The NOC Manager will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the NOC, ensuring seamless network performance, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional who can manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

As a NOC Manager, you will have the chance to work on complex projects, develop process improvements, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the NOC Team: Manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in network management.
  2. Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the NOC, ensuring prompt issue resolution and optimal network performance.
  3. Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues that impact network services.
  4. Process Improvement: Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT or telecommunications, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent technical skills in areas such as network management, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of policies and practices involved in personnel/human resource functions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Arabic language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Motivated and self-confident individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
