Job Description

The role of a Systems Integrations Engineering Manager involves leading a team of software engineers, designing and delivering engineering solutions, and seeking improvements to established processes. You will be responsible for mentoring and hiring team members, partnering with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs, and collaborating remotely with diverse teams and stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with popular software systems, integrations technologies, and open-source solutions like Airbyte and Temporal. As an engineering manager, you will have the chance to drive the success of our business and make data-driven decisions.

  • Lead a team of software engineers and mentor them to achieve excellence in their roles.
  • Design and deliver engineering solutions leveraging Go, Python, and open-source tools.
  • Partner with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced software developer with prior hands-on experience as an engineering manager or team lead. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and be able to collaborate remotely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
