As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of all projects within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that all technical aspects of projects align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will lead a team of technical professionals, drive excellence in project delivery, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or a similar field
  • Proven track record of leading teams in delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud technologies and implementations
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and agile principles
  • Certifications in project management are a plus
