Admissions Director

Muscat University seeks a highly qualified Admissions Director to lead our admissions team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of higher education admissions practices and procedures. You will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from application to enrollment, ensuring seamless transitions and timely communication with applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement admissions policies and procedures
• Manage admissions staff and oversee recruitment strategies
• Analyze admissions data and produce reports on trends and yield rates
• Partner with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and participate in student recruitment events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in higher education or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education admissions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports
