Role Description:

The Cocktail Connoisseur will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our discerning guests, working closely with the bar operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the company's philosophy and culture to ensure Guest Satisfaction, leading and communicating with colleagues during bar operations.
  • Achieve service and product delivery standards with high client care, recommending and preparing wine and cocktail choices for guests.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues affecting service delivery, responding proactively to guest queries with effective communication.
