We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role will be based remotely in the Americas region.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer expectations, identify growth opportunities, and resolve any issues that may arise.

This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies. If you have a strong background in IT and experience working with Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, the ability to guide complex conversations, and experience building and improving internal processes. They will also be a true team player, capable of interacting with all departments and levels both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes
  • Elaborate and coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers from various industries
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to develop and deliver engagement plans that fulfill customer objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region and identify growth opportunities or renewal risks in coordination with Sales
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally and influence product roadmaps, documentation, processes, and people to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Support customers through reactive ticket requests and create campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touch-points and activities
